Our founder has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry. We became increasingly frustrated with the “upsell game” of big HVAC companies who would often try to sell people things they didn't need as if their lives depended on it. We decided to branch off and do it ourselves--honestly. That was in 2016. And we’ve been growing ever since.
Legacy One Heating began with a family loan, so it’s fitting that we continue to be family-based and prioritize a family feel. That includes with our customers and the very structure of our business reflects that. We do not pay our salespersons on commission, so there is no incentive to upsell customers. Our success is built on forming strong relationships with those we serve, making sure that they know we truly care about their experience with us
